You can't be sure that the sky is blue. What if the blue you see is actually what I call yellow but since everyone told you that the sky is blue you call it blue but it's yellow in your eyes? You can't describe colors so the perception of colors is relative. Maybe everyone see the world with different colors.   reply

That all and any of the addictions that we have, minor (phone addiction, collecting something we don't really need/care about) to major (drugs, alcohol, sex), all stem from trauma in our childhood.
