What do I do? I feel hopeless
I don't know what I'm feeling or why I'm feeling like this. My chest feels heavy and I want to cry I feel really anxious. I'm scared . It's not the first time I'm experiencing something like this. I usually calm down when I listen to quite music but I wanna understand better why I feel this way. I feel empty
Awwwwwwww hun I know how u feel try to take some deep breaths, and if u really needa cry go ahead and let it out try to find out why u feel this way I know it will be very hard but I believe that u can do it :) also my messages are open and I will answer as fast as possible I’m a mom friend so I will try to help :3 reply
