i have no idea whether it's underrated or not, but The Promised Neverland. the manga isn't even horror. I must say i like the manga better, but it had so manY FEELS AND I BARELY SEE ANYONE TALKING ABOUT IT BUT IT'S SO COMPLEX AND THEY'RE ALL LOVELY AND WONDERFUL AND THE STORY IS SO INTERESTING AND THICK   1 reply

-Devils line. A really underrated anime. I saw the first season and it wasn't bad. I wished it had a season 2 but it didn't have enough attention. Genre: Dark fantasy, Supernatural -K project. BUNGOU STRAY DOGS. IT DESERVES TO BE MAIN STREAMED s1 is kinda slow but after s1 it gets really good and interesting and the characters are sooo well written. I would have voted for mononoke but since it's already mentioned I would recommend Fog hill of five elements(it's a donghua tho but who cares if it's good, it's good). The action is crazy! And the art is also divine but it's on a hiatus for now Also no.6 and kaiba are good too   reply
