Sad for no real reason
Sometimes I just get sad like really sad. I have no reason to be sad. I can think of things to be sad about, but I can never pin point what I’m sad about. After being I feel nothing. Do y’all ever feel this way?
Omg yes this happens to me a lot. At first it was getting better while we were in quarantine but then sometimes at random it would hit again and how long it lasts plus the intensity of it would vary. Like just this week it was really bad and I just felt numb and then would sit there crying for 20+ minutes. But it's nice knowing I'm not the only one...... reply
