Fix sleep schedule
so uhh as the title says I really need some help fixing my sleep schedule like i only get like 5 or 3 hrs of sleep every single day and since I'm a student it's very bad for me, So do you guys have any recommendations on what to do? Also what about your sleep schedule is it worst than mine?
Don't go on the Internet and especially on Mangago after midnight. I am a student too and I have insomnia so my sleep schedule is a mess but I have suggestions for you haha.
- Some people need nine hours of sleep and other need six. Try to figure out how many hours you sleep.
- Don't drink coffee after 4pm
- Don't go to bed after midnight/1am.

I don't necessarily lack sleep, I just live like a vampire lol.
At my worst I slept at 11:00-12:00 and woke up at 17:00 for an entire week. That week passed me by so fast idk what even happened.
I somehow managed to change that back to sleeping around 2:00-300 (which is a HUGE accomplishment for me) but due to covid it's back to 4:00-5:00.
