Prejudment
I love tattoo as an expression of art and I really want to get one, but since I'm japanese descendant my parents don't agree with it. They told me that if I go to Japan to travel I won't be well accepted too. Have you ever experienced some kind of prejudment because of tattoos? How is it seen in your country?
I'm Asian, Hmong to be specific, and amongst the older generations of my culture, my tattoos, piercings, and ever changing hair color automatically marked me as a "bad girl." I remember asking one of my 8 year old niece if she would ever want any more piercings or tats and she told me her mother said only "bad girls" do that. Ironic since her mothe...... reply
