TRIGGERWARNING Is there consent?

Okay so what if a person A is really drunk and starts getting touchy with person B but again is super drunk. Does that mean if the person A that is initiating it, count as a consent? Like does person B not get filled with rape?

sorta a hard question if person B doesnt want it and A is forcing it onto yes its r2p3 if person b wants it, its consent. that's just my opinion reply
