No, I would not. As much as I hate my thick, frizzy, tangled, curly hair, it's hard for me to part with it. This mess of that I call my hair is part of who I am. Heck, it took me two hours to cut my own bangs because I would miss my bang-less hair (it ended up terribly, but no regrets!).
But maybe if it's for a legit cause, like for a friend or fo......
