What was the reason you guys started to like Bl and yaoi

I can't really put my finger on it~ (￢‿￢ ) Butts. I guess it began with Nakamura Shungiku's works. They were the main reason for discovering Yaoi. For a kid in middle school that was eye-opening, I'd say. If I had to put it to words it would be: Woooooooooow what did I just read and why did I like it so much?!
