Honestly.... Well~~ 1-3 hours.. I've been living off with those mere numbers..What did it caused? Well I have a terrible case of sleep paralysis followed by vivid/lucid dreams and regular nightmares which will cause me sudden panick attacks and meltdowns first thing when I wake up.. don't forget leg cramps!.
