Fix sleep schedule
so uhh as the title says I really need some help fixing my sleep schedule like i only get like 5 or 3 hrs of sleep every single day and since I'm a student it's very bad for me, So do you guys have any recommendations on what to do? Also what about your sleep schedule is it worst than mine?
I used to have a decent sleep schedule and it was glorious. No more memory fog, no falling asleep or feeling tired during class/after lunch/after school. But there is a price to pay.
