Hmm faking a fever wud be easier especially if u want to do it for a short period of time instead of trying to get a fever on purpose.
In order to fake a fever just get hot water bottles and various ways to increase ur body temp and if that doesn’t work add cheek tint for an ‘exaggerated’ look reply
