What your ideal uke/seme combo that you like to read about the most?
I like it when the seme and uke are pretty much on equal terms, both moderately manly, and are both pretty vocal about what they want and what feels good but not over the top. A good example would be Simon and Connor from Dark Heaven
I love love love a manly uke who is funny, witty, yet has good charm to those who surround him. However, I don't like uke bitches, no no, they have to be loyal.

The ideal uke/seme combo is the one that does not get assigned to these roles and switch or at least leave it open. I second that one of the best examples is Dark Heaven. From there, whatever brings the needle far from the clicke dominant seme / submissive uke : when both are strong and manly . If there has to be a uke/seme dynamic and the story ...... 2 reply

I love a calm and collected seme, almost like a monk, paired with an uke who is full of life and positive energy.

My favorite seme + uke pairs are: Kuroneko series Keiichi + Shingo and Crimson Spell Havi + Vald.
So preferably big and strong seme, I don't like too much if they are totally screwed in the head or whimpy and such. Can be possessive as well.

One where you can't easily tell who the seme and uke is from first glance. I read shounen ai and yaoi because I want to see m/m, and making the uke a total wimp with large doe eyes and short and the seme as a tall, chiseled and stern faced man just defeats the entire purpose, since it's basically like a straight couple but with an "m/m" label slapp...... reply
I like when the seme is possessive, lowkey yandere and gets jealous easily. Also very pretty yet manly. I don't really have a preference for the uke as long as he isn't a bitch or u-uguu kawaii girly or something as long as they're quite pure. An example is the couple in Color Recipe reply

I like my seme lean but muscular, with short fine hair but it doesn't matter as long as it's neat, but yeah manly yeah, quiet but STRAIGHTFORWARD (I imagine kabakura as a quiet guy ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄)
