just curious how many lesbian girls here read BL a lot, I'm almost certain im les but /love/ BL- and can't relate sometimes to other fujoshi and also feel as though people around me don't understand why I like BL even though im gay, lol.
I'm hetero but I guess is the same when I say that I love BL and people ask me if I'm gay. It doesn't make sense but whatever. People don't understand. 1 reply

It's difficult to explain it to myself, let alone to other people, and it's definitely been a confusing road. In a lot of ways, it still is. I mean, I'm a gay guy and I still read Yuri ( more into yaoi but still) ╮(￣▽￣)╭. Of course, I can't 100% relate to yuri stories but I can still relate to love in general~ I just like seeing two people fall in love! Same thing here, The reason I'm stuck to yaoi though is I'm attracted to ideas- so it doesn't matter which gender plays them out. Somehow yaoi is more entertaining than yuri. 2 reply
