Is no one bothered by rape in yaoi?
I love yaoi, okay? Don't get me wrong. But are you seriously okay with the uke falling in love with the rapist/predator/paedo seme? OR even consider it a form of true love. Why no one says anything about it? Is everyone aware of this risk in japan? I mean in my country this would be banned lol.
i personally cannot read stories with rape; especially if the person 'falls in love' with the rapist farther to the story. this way the rapist doesnt bear responsibility and it feels like saying a yes to rape, it's so toxic. so basically 90% of yaois r trash to me bcs of that reply
