No. I am fujoshi so this only confirm my sexuality to men. It happened to me to watch some anime or manga with the yuri undertone, but it did not catch me at all. Unexpectedly, yes... When I first charged into yaoi, I only had storyline/R18 scenes in mind but after a long time of reading all the different stories, both yaoi and shounen ai (sometimes), I would start to really consider whether or not what the characters would feel would be similar to my own thoughts.
