Body Shaming
I've seen some debate on what is considered body shaming. I want to see your view on the topic. Topic: Unhealthy people If someone comments on someone's body saying that they are or look unhealthy. Is that considered body shaming? If so, Is there a way to say it that wouldn't be considered body shaming? Do you think not commenting promotes/encourage unhealthy living?
As a person who have heard "concerned" comments about my weight all my life all I can say is that body shaming or not they don't help at all so if they're not a professional and don't know anything about nutrition they should keep their unsolicited comments to themselves.
