Is no one bothered by rape in yaoi?
I love yaoi, okay? Don't get me wrong. But are you seriously okay with the uke falling in love with the rapist/predator/paedo seme? Whatever the reason maybe for the seme to do it but this really really bothers me becoz most of the time it's becoz the seme is afraid to confess or some bullshit. Is it really love if you rape them? Like what? I just want to know your opinion. Is it considered okay in japan? I mean there are 11-12 year old girls reading this shit. They are going to think rape is okay. OR even consider it a form of true love. Why no one says anything about it? Is everyone aware of this risk in japan? I mean in my country this would be banned lol.
Well I find often times its an easy way for a story to have a sex scene early out in the plot while having the characters not love each other completely which then makes it more of a porn plot, but then I've seen it done in ways that can make the reader think more deeper about the subject of rape and abuse as a whole like in "Zankokuna kami ga shih...... 1 reply
