Major turn off in a manga?

im here to ask you a question about a major turn off moment/thing in a manga/manhua/manhwa that make you just straight nope out from the manga.

i know a lot of you probably going to say rape and pedhophilia, but i want to know something other than that. like age gap or bdsm or something.

for me, its a THREESOME. i could never feel the "love" in a threesome relationship, so the moment i see a threesome tag, i just go back and look from something else.

a dead lover as a rival is bad too, but sometimes i could tolerate it.
