ok so this thing happened to me last night at around 3am
i was talking to one of my friends and then suddenly i started shaking,,, like really hard-- sort of just jerking everywhere
and i felt this immense amount of fear and didnt know what was going on
nothing triggering happened for me to act that way and idk why i felt that way so like
if you know then tell me lmao
