Um i need advice
my friend commited suicide last year and im still upset even tho it was in May but his birthdays tomorrow and i have it scheduled in my phone calendar... i dont know if i should take it off or not what should i do
Firstly, l wanna say I'm so sorry for your loss.
Experiencing something like this is a trauma and there's no clear cut answer that works for everybody. Everyone moves at their own pace with grief and personally I think the most important part of grieving is to not ignore the things you may be currently experiencing.
