With or against buying paper copy of manga?
I have two view points about it, one thatvit is really interesting and fun to collect manga and read hard copies but it is a bit money consuming to only read hard copies which leads me to my second opinion of reading online and buying my favorites only. What do you think?
I do buy copy of manga because I think it's important to support the artist, especially new ones. I keep telling myself that if I love a manga, and keep buying those, the mangaka will be able to make so many more, so happy me !

I usually buy a digital copy since I don't work and it's cheaper than paper back but once in awhile I will buy a paper back. And it's much easier to read anywhere in digital. reply
Ok, I started reading manga before webcomics became popular, so my early collections are fairly big. Now I’ve slowed down my physical books purchases, and only buy my faves if available (even if it’s not in a language I understand).

all my hard copies are from japan and are Japanese haha I cant even read Japanese haha... but yeah I prefer buying online I just buy the hard copies whenever I go to japan and even though I have the option to but an English manga I prefer to buy a Japanese one which I don't even understand the language as some sort of souvenir haha reply
I used to buy loads of paperback mangas when I was in high school. It completely filled my bookshelves while eating a shit ton of my allowance... I'd like to sell them to make room for other things now. Nowadays I prefer a digital copy. I can store a lot more online, support the author, save paper, and not worry about guests accidentally seeing rau...... reply
I think if its an ABSOLUTE FAVE yesss. Though most of my favorite manga tend to not have too many volumes. I collect western comics/graphic novels already though. I buy second hand more often than not. I'm a humongous cheapskate so manga tends to be off the table. reply
Against, it’s a waste of paper. I always preferred digital versions because they don’t collect dust and don’t take up space, they also aren’t as wasteful. reply
I'm okay with both cause If i had the money yeah ill go buy the hardcopy cause why not i want to perserve it and have it as my decor and something to read about tbh and plus they might have some keychains and gifts such as how when ordering a hard copy of chainsawman you get a lot pictures but if broke yeah wouldn't buy because im unable too and ma...... reply
