Is my classmate's bf considered a pedo if he's 20-23 yo and my classmate is 13 yo?? When they break up I tried to say to my classmate that "end this now and no more! How many times did u break up?" and she say "okay I'll end it" but the next day.. they're already back TvT..like srsly?
