Should I have ice cream or not

I had a stomach ache earlier today so I think my stomach is a bit sensitive, it's not at it's best. But I got DQ and I put some of it in the freezer, I just wanna eat it before it goes bad cus it doesn't taste as good the next day yknow

So should I have ice cream or not?
