I shat my pants on my first date

Okay so this guy who i had a crush on for the past 4 years asked me out a month ago(we quarantined for 3 weeks and got test multiple times to be safe) and today we went to lunch at his place and earlier i had a massive stomach ache but i didn't think anything of it because it happens when I'm on my period and when i get hungry so i just went on the date thinking nothing of it so fast forward 20 minutes i needed to go to the bathroom so i went to his bathroom and as i was pulling down my pants i just shat everywhere and i mean EVERYWHERE and i don't know what to do i got shit on his toilet seat, on his rug that was near the toilet and even got some on my pants and underwear. I don't know what to do!! I thought about jumping out his window but he lives on the 5th story and there are people outside!!!HELP IT'S BEEN 5 MINUTES AND HE'S CHECKING ON ME TO SEE IF IM OKAY!!!he also knows my phone number and address
