RAPE or CHEATING, Which Is Worse?
From my experience on this site people seem to be rather on board with rape or constantly find excuse for it, probably due to how common it is in mangas. At the same time cheating is super frowned upon, and it seems really odd to me, that out of two bad things, the most traumatic of them is being defended.
r*pe is forced penetration and fucking disgusting. cheating's disgusting too, but they are on two completely different spectrums. in no way do i support or condone cheating, but r*pe is a million times worse. ppl on here are hella toxic so i stopped reading a lot of the comments tbh. like i'm a big fan of potn and ks bc of the plots, ofc the sex sc...... reply
U must be delusional to think these are comparable at all. One can excuse cheating, there is absolutely no circumstance where rape is excuseable. U sound like a predator. reply
I don't like answering old questions, but the way people respond to a story including rape vs cheating has been on my mind recently cuz I read a story with cheating as part of the main plot not long ago and it had like a 5.8 rating lol.

There's a reason why one is a crime and the other isn't (or used to be in many countries, but now isn't).
And readers who can't distinguish between fiction and real life need to get a therapist, seriously. reply
It honestly confuses me that this can even be asked, and that people legit thinks cheating is worst. I know there are different norms and standards in manga and real life, but DAMN there should be no comparison here!

The title of the question made me laugh but the actual question makes sense. In the fictional realm and yaoi in particular, my opinion is that both are equally bad. I've read some mangas where a character gets raped and thinks nothing of it, no psychological trauma at all and I'm sitting here like "WTF CALL THE POLICE!!" And in some cases, cheating...... reply
