Well before i was one of those ppl that goes around like "idc getting shot ot die in a bad ass way, anything is fine"
But hey, getting a knife wound or a car crash is not so nice to go out, it hurts like hell before you go. And if you are lucky/unlucky you will not even die.
Pills dont work so well too, cuz if you wake up choking on a tube in the ...... reply
