personally, i think it fucking sucks and ive literally never come across one that didnt include fucking rape, assault, discussion of past rape, or manipulation w pheremones n shit. ive only read probably one where the omega actually made the alpha wait because the alpha fucking forced himself onto him. i wish there was more wholesome shit tbh
When it's good, it's good, but that's really rare. I think abo universe (esp in BLs) existed so authors can force more heteronormative bullshit on gay couples... mpreg, the dynamic between alpha and omega, the pheromone and heat, the animalistic behavior... it's all just a recipe for toxic relationship. reply
