History:
-(not really disturbing unless you have a fear of it) A large shard of glass got stuck in my foot and I was bleeding everywhere.
Thoughts:
-(this is just pretty normal. Im pretty sure everyone has these thoughts) wanting to gouge someones eyes out, stomp on their stomach, scoop out their brains.
