Has yaoi ruined your views on heterosexuals?
I’ve been reading yaoi for several years now and I feel like being gay is the norm (￣∇￣") not to say that being gay isn’t normal. Like I still read shoujo but in real life when I think about a man and woman dating, it somehow seems weird to me, like I don’t immediately think of man and woman but I also don’t think of man and man immediately... I just think of the word ‘dating’ and stop there. It’s really hard to explain when I’m conscious of what I’m trying to say lol.
Actually no. I never really cared much about heterosexual romance anyway. Everything from TV series, Novels to Movies have heterosexual romance. So it is kind of boring to me anyway. Yaoi is like a fresh perspective. It's like the breath of fresh air that hits you after you get out of a crowded place. It's a space where I can escape from my daily b...... reply
