personally, i think it fucking sucks and ive literally never come across one that didnt include fucking rape, assault, discussion of past rape, or manipulation w pheremones n shit. ive only read probably one where the omega actually made the alpha wait because the alpha fucking forced himself onto him. i wish there was more wholesome shit tbh
The problem isn't with the concept of omegaverse but with the way it is treated. Honestly in yaoi it is so very common to encounter rape followed by romance, and too often omegaverse is used as a justification for this. The problem lies in the authors and the readers who enjoy such a thing just for the sex scenes. In my opinion whoever enjoys a rap...... reply
