I use Anime Planet all the time it's for both manga and anime. It has literally all mangas in existence on it so you can keep everything your reading written down just in case Mangago ever gets taken down or is offline again. You just have to add an email or something. It's free and safe. Hope I was helpful!

it has a smaller community, which i find nice. it's lesser known, but you can still post things, comment, rate, interact, and follow, etc.
