do you ever see yaoi fans that get weirded out by actual gay people?
I knew some girls that also liked bl and were weirded out by a lesbian and then were basically??? fetishising some bi guys we knew? needless to say I cut them off and was super disgusted by those girls. I dont know if thats a double standard or something needless to say people are weird. Have you guys seen anything like this before? I know its a thing that some "hyper masculine straight guys" like lesbians but get defensive around gay guys.
Hmm. No I wasn't. I actually had a friend whose brother was gay and then I found out my childhood friend was gay (bi). This was all in my middle school year and that was way before I even started reading manga (including yaoi) which started in high school. So I was cool with gay couples and hanging out with them. Too me, I see no difference in love...... reply
