Lmao I hope I’m not the only one hating Painter of the Night so much like the art is pretty and all but wtf so many chapters and all there is is rapey shit. I literally don’t get people to simp for Seungho like do you want to get raped?? And poor Nakyum wtf did he do to deserve this I’m just saying there’s literally 0 character development and all there is is a toxic and abusive relationship. Redemption arc isn’t even possible anymore.
I don't really kno what to say to this. Like I watch Twilight as a guilty pleasure because the whole this is just so fuckn dramatic and bad and unhealthy. For stuff like this u always have to identify the dangerous aspect of writing characters like this because they may come with stigmas. I just hate having to worry about other people romanticizing...... reply
