I could never buy an actual copy of a Yaoi Manga, since I would DIE if somebody saw it. I feel like everybody would walk in, see them and be like: 'O.k that bitch is one of them let's not talk to her again'. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
Do your friends or even your family know you read Yaoi?
My ex-best friend kinda got the gist of it. Besides that no one knows so I read yaoi in secret. I don't know why I don't tell people, I guess I just don't want to be judged, and am afraid to be misunderstood. I don't have enough close friends to get my kinks yet lol but definitely, someday I want to open up about it.
