Csem and cp refer to the same thing... In academic contexts people switched from saying cp to csem, is all, though I couldn't tell you why. Sometimes people use "csam" instead, too. All different terms for the same thing.

If the characters are under the legal age of consent (which they are) it is CP, they are minors, portrayed as minors, and sexualised as minors. Even if it's drawn it is still sexualisation of a minor. reply

Of course not. cp/csem is for real life kids, not for some drawings whose age are arbitrary and can change in the span of one page. Besides, plenty of series portrays hetero teenage couples having sex (and don't get me started on hentais), but somehow it's only called "problematic" when it's about gay or lesbians.
