try keeping your mouth busy, my sister tends to forget about chewing her nails, when she's eating, chewing gum or has something in her mouth. There is also a sort of polish, you can paint on your nails to make it taste bitter, so when you go and bite them, the taste will drive you away from doing so, and since its a polish you can't just wash it of...... reply
I just decided to grow my nails out. I don’t really know how, I just said that I was gonna grow my nails out and then I just stopped biting them. I won the battle against biting my nails but now I pick at the skin on my lips like there’s no tomorrow. You win some, you lose some.

I use to have the same problem like 2 weeks ago I would bite them shits till they bleed it was horrible but now I put nail polish on them I still almost do but idk what stops me from biting it but I don't so I think this works lolfn 1 reply
I never had that problem. But my cousin did and she cured it by applying a special nail polish. You can probably find it in a pharmacy, it should have really bitter taste and make you stop biting your nails. Hope this helps and good luck. reply
Y'alls how do you post a question like this here? Also yes i like biting my nails but i stopped because its ugly asf, but in exchange for not biting my nails anymore i got addicted to peeling of the skin in my lips and now i don't know how to stop
