Does anyone here bite their fingernails subconsciously? If so have you stopped? I need advice on how to stop biting my nails because it's gotten bad.

I had that problem, i solved it with willpower and distracting myself by having my hands occupied but now i cant stop tearing off the skin of my fingers and lips so be careful so that doesn't happen to you. 1 reply
