Nail Biting and how to stop.
Does anyone here bite their fingernails subconsciously? If so have you stopped? I need advice on how to stop biting my nails because it's gotten bad.
You can try nail polish there is also stuff you can up on your nails and cuticles to make them taste bad so you don't bite them
