I'm not sure if asexuals are part of the lgbtq community either. I mean, there isn't one absolute definition of it and if you take it literally, unless you are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer you aren't. I've seen some misinformed people so first off: asexual = not feeling sexual attraction. It doesn't mean "doesn't like/want sex." Yes, some asexuals don't want sex, but some do, and both are valid.
Now my personal opinion as a panromantic asexual: I think all asexuals should technically be a part of the lgbtq+ community. It does say plus doesn't...... reply
I not for or against just giving my 2p worth the way I see it the lgbt formed because of persecution and discrimination and a way to support and help fight against that and support each other and not that I'm aware of but being straight and not being interested in pursuing a sexual relationship just doesn't have the same consequences but then I bel...... reply
