I can’t sleep
I’ve tried going to bed early but I always just lay there and toss and turn for hours. If I do ever fall asleep my body just wakes me up at 5 am or fucking 3 am. It’s getting to the point now that my eye bags are Turing purple. I haven’t been able to eat lately and I keep on yelling at people for no reason. It’s almost been 3 weeks now and I need some help.

If I can't fall asleep I listen to the lullabies on repeat, in this game I found, called 'Sleeping Delivery'. Maybe try calming tea, no screens before bed, reading books (as in real paper books, not e-books) for 30mins before sleep, counting sheep, getting more exercise and fresh air during the day, no coffee, talking about your troubles with famil...... reply
Well if it continues to be a problem you should seek professional help and might need to take sleeping pills, although I would not recommend that as the long-term solution. Being active and having a regular schedule has improved my sleep so much I am always shocked at how bad my sleep is when I stop, but this takes a few weeks and it might be hard ...... reply
my only solution every night so I could sleep is to think some random sad scenarios and cry until i can't breathe and fortunately my eyes doesn't really get puffy and it's a fucking blessing but my insomnia isn't reply
Maybe some sleepy tea could help but it could be other factors we are not aware about. The reason why you are yelling at others is the lack of sleep. Sleep helps your brain function and lack of sleep could make you irritable. It is very unhealthy for one to get this amount of sleepless days so it is highly recommended to go see a doctor of some sor...... reply
You can try melatonin gummies or chocolate. But def see a doc about it first because if u cant sleep all of a sudden there might be an actual problem like a shortage in melatonin production or something. You should probably just listen to peaceful songs like lofi or some sort of relaxing song, idk but it works on me.
If that doesn't help just try and rest your eye, close it, then think of something like your love one(if ur dating someone) or husbands wives y'know? just thinking of u and them well some sort of a story make it yourself. I don't know...... reply
