bro you ever start your period off with some ridiculously painful cramps? yeah that's me. What do y'all do to make the cramps hurt less? Please tell me before I fucking combust
Do some exercises. Get a heat pack or something. Take a nap. If that doesn't work I get a pill for cramps that my doc recommended.
I know how bad it is. I had to go to the doctor to get an IV drip every month. I puked a lot and even fainted.
