Tip's for losing weight?
I'm technically overweight, but I'm not fat. I'm about 5'3" and 145lbs. I've lost 10lbs over the past week and want some tips on how to lose some more pounds. My goal is to be around 120-130lbs. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
So a few things. Walking is a great way to lose weight. If you want to see results I'd say aim between 8000+ steps a day I try to get 10500.
