I'm 40 and still reading manga from yaoi to shounen, shoujo or seinen. And I watch animes too. I'll never stop enjoying doing all of that. and I know for a fact that it'll never change. No, I wouldn't think so. Entertainment shouldn't have an age limit. Just like how there's 40-50 year old's who still like Pokémon and the like. I know for sure that by the time I'm in my 40s I will still be reading action/fantasy genre and yaoi. I'm 45 and i read manga every day (yaoi, shoujo, seinen, shounen...). It's part of my life. Passion i think. I watch anime too.
So, i don't planning to stop what make me happy. For some people, it's skating, for other it's knitting, and for another one it's watching films. So... what's the deal? :) just do what you like ^^ reply
Yep. It's that one goal I set my life on. My career to go make stories and one day I could write and produce mangas or even an anime. I'm not sure about yaoi though, but I'm sure I still won't stop reading other genres up until even after 10 years. reply
imma be honest, i dont see myself reading mangas for the rest of my life. Dont get me wrong, i feel happiness from reading it and it always got me thru tough times but it doesnt feel the same anymore. reply
