I feel like this needs to be said.
some of y'all are detached from reality. when it comes to pronouns you can't expect someone to go up to you and ask "what are your pronouns?" it's less than likely going to happen. No one is going to be able to determine, "oh they look like they use they/them pronouns." Because besties the Realityis if you LOOK feminine or have female attributes your going to be called she/her. This might change later on but for NOW your pronouns are going to be determined by your physical approach. HOWEVER, you can always correct someone if they use the incorrect pronouns. I'll never understand why people get mad when i don't know their pronouns during our FIRST meeting. "THOSE AREN'T MY PRONOUNS! It's THEY/THEM" Stop just assuming! y'all, please just correct them. Pronouns are not predictable mainly when it comes to the OPPOSITE of your PHYSICAL apperance. There, please feel free to correct me.
i think as long as you're not specifically trying to hate on someone or use their incorrect pronouns on purpose, it's fine, although asking pronouns when you meet someone new is always better.
if you don't ask and assume their pronouns (without bad intentions) i think it's fine if the person just corrects you, you change their pronouns, and both o...... reply
