I understand when you read an action manga, all you want is action and no romance, but what's wrong with just a little romance? Just because some girl has a tiny crush on the main character doesn't mean he's gonna stop what's he's doing, calm your tits. The manga has to end someday too, shouldn't you be thankful if the main character has a husband or wife they love and can spend the rest of their life with and have a happy ending? Don't you need some romance for that?? Idiots.
I think action and romance is good together, but it takes a good writing to make the two "work". I've never hated anything in my life, i think, but i just think it doesn't work if the fl or ml "distracts" the mc from their goal. And it's also unnecessary to put romance (*mostly cliché romance tropes) in the middle of a plot. If you want romance an...... 1 reply
