I got my first period when I was 9. Saw it at the bathroom and thought that I was pooing blood. I was too scared to tell my mom because I can clearly remember how she used to tell us that if we, me and my siblings, hold our shts then the "pooing blood" thingy will happen and we'd definitely go to the hospital.
