What's something you hate that authors commonly put in their stories?
For me it's when they spoil their own story what I mean by that is when at the end of a scene or a chapter they'll say something like "if only I knew that those were the last good days of my life." or "I wish I knew then so maybe I could have saved him/her." or the worst for me anyways is when the author will put something like "One of them will die." LIKE WHY SPOIL YOUR OWN STORY I know it's meant to be suspenseful but at the same time it makes me so mad it's not as common anymore but I do still see it sometimes but I think it's just as bad when the writer does do that especially the "one of them will die" and then the character dies but oh wait they're not actually dead so you did that for what??

Authors always put romantisized rape or assault in their stories and it's sick. What makes me more sick is the reason why they do it. The more they put these fucked up plots, the better it sells because most of these nasty ass straight wo...... reply

Something that I absolutely fucking hate about thai bl books/shows in general is that the main character would always say " I'm not gay I only like him." OH MY FUCKING GOD! why do all fucking authors in bl love that stupid ass line to use ever time. Anyways besties you guys should watch until we meet again. when ANY of the characters are way too forgiving(like that one girl from "kill the villainess") like a character can fuck up so badly but they will just be like "oh! you're forgiven even tho you just ruined my whole family!" 1 reply
