Your habits that you still have or not anymore .
1.biting fingernails(not anymore) 2.biting my hair(not anymore) 3.slapping the forehead(still have) 4.shaking my feet when I'm laying down(still have) 5.clicking my neck side to side(still have)
School did this to me.
1. I scrape the skin of any finger I can when I'm nervous.
2. I bite things, like pens and pencils.
3. Leg bopping when I get nervous.
There are a lot more but I can't remember right now. I have some habits I do unconsciously too. reply
Well I still have my mysophobia which is ocd so washing my hands to much
I can only open my notifs at a certain time of night otherwise, no.
I do this thing with my lip idk what you call it but it's weird

Hmm my habits..

2. Hair twirling and brushing lips with hair ends - sometimes

5. Rocking (mostly small movements side to side, sometimes like a rocking chair) - still have
6. Bone cracking - still have
7. Smoking - quit

When I was really young I would chew on my hair or shirt collar. Some that I still have:
- bouncing my leg
- brushing my hair with my fingers (especially when I’m anxious)
- rubbing the side of my index or middle finger with my thumb (especially when my anxiety is really high)
- talking to myself out loud reply
1. Rubbing my toes together (especially when I’m trying to go to sleep)
2. Flipping my hair (cause I hate it getting in my face)

1. Rocking back and forth (I still do this all the time, like an unhealthy amount. It's very calming to me)
2. Muttering stuff to myself (it sounds weird asf, and probably comes off weird asf too. But when I'm doing something that makes me nervous I repeat what I need to do over and over)
