Hiya! I'm 17 and I started reading yaoi when I was about 13 i think.
It doesn't really mean anything significant to me; mostly just a form of stress reliever to escape my hectic life for a bit. I grew up going through novels within the span of a week, so I get most of my reading habits inherently like that. It just sooths me.
